Christian Brannelly
Managing Director
Christian Brannelly is the Managing Director of Chestnut and is responsible for overall investment strategy and asset execution. Prior to joining Chestnut, Christian was a Vice President at Rockhill (Rockpoint). Prior to Rockhill, Christian worked at Newmark in Capital Markets and also at Boston Properties. Christian received a B.A. in Economics from Holy Cross.
Pam Torsiello
Controller/Asset Manager
Pam Torsiello is an asset manager and the controller at Chestnut. Prior to joining Chestnut, Pam held various roles with local developers. Pam began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers working within the real estate and construction group. Pam is a certified public accountant and received an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Hartford and a B.A. in economics from Connecticut College.
Colton Dana
Senior Associate
Colton Dana is a Senor Associate at Chestnut, focusing on asset management and acquisitions. Prior to joining Chestnut, Colton worked at FoxRock Properties for seven years as an associate and asset manager. Colton received a B.A. in Urban Studies from Trinity College.
John Beres
Vice President - Accounting
John Beres is the Vice President of Accounting at Chestnut. Prior to joining Chestnut, John worked at Nan Fung Life Sciences Real Estate as the Controller. John also previously worked in the finance/accounting groups at Torrington Properties, The Bulfinch Companies and John Flatley Company. John received a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Nichols College and an MBA from Bentley University.
